Returns & Replacements

  1. 1. All shipments are made by UPS. If a PO Box is provided we will change the shipping method to standard USPS Parcel Post.
  2. 2. All return shipments must be marked on the outside of the package on the mailing label with a return authorization number.
    Click here to contact eFlame Customer Service to obtain a return authorization number. You must explain the reason for requesting a return authorization number. All returns must be shipped postage paid. If the return is due to an eFlame problem you will have your freight refunded if shipped by UPS non-expedited ground or USPS Parcel Post. eflame will be the sole judge of product faults.
  3. 3. Use only the eFlame label provided when returning merchandise.
