Returns & Replacements
- 1. All shipments are made by UPS. If a PO Box is provided we will change the shipping method to standard USPS Parcel Post.
- 2. All return shipments must be marked on the outside of the package on the mailing label with a return authorization number.
Click here to contact eFlame Customer Service to obtain a return authorization number. You must explain the reason for requesting a return authorization number. All returns must be shipped postage paid. If the return is due to an eFlame problem you will have your freight refunded if shipped by UPS non-expedited ground or USPS Parcel Post. eflame will be the sole judge of product faults. - 3. Use only the eFlame label provided when returning merchandise.
